About ECKCE
The East Central Kansas Cooperative in Education (Interlocal #614) provides special education services to all eligible students ages 3-21 in the Baldwin City, Eudora, and Wellsville School Districts.
We are a member of the Douglas County Tiny-K Early Intervention and Ottawa/Wellsville Early Childhood Coordinating Councils. The Councils coordinate services for families of children ages birth to 3 with disabilities, and coordinate transition of services to public schools.

At ECKCE, we believe every student has the right to an education that meets their individual needs. Our vision focuses on empowering our dedicated staff with the tools, training, and resources they need to deliver exceptional special education services. By supporting our team, we ensure students and families receive the highest quality care and educational support.
